Not only paying attention and trying out those diet program, women going through morning sickness should also remember that they must not left their stomach empty and not to eat in a large amount, just small amount of food but with higher frequency. Another important thing is that pregnant women should always pay  a close attention on their food and eating habit as a bad level of morning sickness can cause a more dangerous sickness called  Hyper emesis Gravid arum, and it can surely occurs when women decided to ignore their health and diet.
