Morning sickness or medically known as nausea or vomiting of pregnancy, is something that usually happens to pregnant women during their first months of pregnancy. This kind of feeling is definitely something that most women would really want to avoid as it definitely cause the kind of feeling that they really-really hate, especially the fact that it mostly happened in the morning right after they wake up.
Although it’s called morning sickness, it doesn’t always happen in the morning, but the percentage of this sickness arrives in the early part of the day is bigger than happening at midday or at night. Moreover, the sickness that occurs in morning sickness isn’t always nausea or vomiting, some women may only get queasiness though it’s still uncommon. This sickness usually won’t be bothering for the whole day as after it arrives, it will reduce as the time progress on that day. There are some health issues that come as the cause of the sickness such as, low blood sugar, the increasing of estrogen hormones, having more sensitivity to others, etc but the most common explanation for it probably that the person having the sickness is having an empty stomach at the time.
Despite that morning sickness usually tends to go away automatically as the day progress, but women could reduce the sick feeling that happens at the time by feeling up their empty stomach with foods, especially sweet taste yummiest such as candies or ice cream. However, one must also remember that to reduce the sickness effect, women is being suggested to eat in a small amount but do it as often as they can, that’s why snacks is so much preferable compare to big meals.
