Pregnancy usually is the happiest moment for women, especially those who are already married or committed to their spouse. However, off course being pregnant has its own troubles that will test women’s patience, and one of the problems that they usually and will suffer is morning sickness. This sickness is the common thing that women often had in the first 6th week of pregnancy, and it will surely cause nausea or vomiting that isn’t really pleasing.

Although, morning sickness doesn’t really troubles people still women should really take more attention in reducing or dealing with it. One of the obvious steps in dealing with this sickness is surely having some food in your stomach; the question would be what kind of food you should and should not eat. Some foods that are supposedly good to eat when you’re having morning sickness are: lemon, crackers, drink tea, fruits or vegetables that have high water content (such as watermelon, grapefruit, strawberries, etc), most of all eat foods that are not smelly for you.

Aside from the food examples above, some other things that women can do to deal with morning sickness are not eating in a large portion, eat in a small amount but regularly, try to relax more, taking diet food programs such as BRAT. Moreover, if the constant sickness you’re having cause more problems than you should have, it is advised that you try to see a doctor to get prescriptions of medicines that can cure the problem.
